Sika Seal®-105 – Waterproofing & Protective Coating

Sika Seal®-105 is a two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing slurry formulated to provide long-lasting protection against water penetration and dampness. It creates a seamless, highly adhesive coating on a variety of substrates including concrete, brickwork, and blockwork. The product is easy to apply by brush or trowel, making it suitable for both professional contractors and DIY use.

Its unique blend of cement, special additives, and polymers ensures flexibility, crack-bridging capability, and excellent adhesion even on slightly damp surfaces.
