1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship Sika products across all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, and Hyderabad. For remote areas, delivery times may vary.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- For bulk/commercial orders, processing may take 3–5 business days (we’ll notify you in advance).
3. Delivery Time
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 3–5 business days
- Other Major Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10+ business days (subject to courier service availability)
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services (TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax) for reliable and tracked deliveries.
5. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on orders above PKR 20,000.
- Standard shipping charges apply for smaller orders (calculated at checkout based on weight & location).
6. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. For international inquiries, contact us at [email/phone].
8. Damaged/Missing Items?
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- We’ll replace/refund as per our Returns Policy.
